Three words describe my life right now: exploration, connection, and creation. They are what my life means to me, and how I live.

Exploration led to this trip, and to If You Were There.

Connection is why I stay with friends and build with them. I use what I know (3D design and printing, electronics, AI agents) to make something that inspires them or fixes a problem they’ve run into. It is also why I build telephones.

Creation is not only for art. It is for any idea I have: OS1, Hao Lab, and more.

Before this, I studied mechanical engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (BEng 2012–2016, MEng 2016–2019). My graduate project was an augmented-reality rehabilitation system for prosthetic hands. Then I worked at Tencent Cloud from 2019 to 2023, on cloud infrastructure and elastic computing.
